HSBC’s Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM) business was voted the #1 Regional Cash Manager for Corporates in North America in the 2020 Euromoney Cash Management Survey. In addition, HSBC was named the Best Global Cash Manager by Corporates for the ninth consecutive year.

HSBC announced today that its Global Liquidity and Cash Management (GLCM) business was voted the #1 Regional Cash Manager for Corporates in North America in the 2020 Euromoney Cash Management Survey. In addition, HSBC was named the Best Global Cash Manager by Corporates for the ninth consecutive year.

“We are grateful to our clients for their vote of confidence and support, especially during such an unprecedented year,” said Drew Douglas, Head of Liquidity and Cash Management, US and Canada. “As the global pandemic accelerated the shift to digital, we’ve seen our clients recognize the importance of digital tools that are fast, simple and secure, to their business. The Euromoney poll results demonstrate our continued focus on the client experience and their trust in us as a treasury solutions partner.”

Having been named best domestic cash manager in 19 markets in 2019, HSBC has this year been awarded the number one slot in 22 markets, including in the US and Canada.

More than 33,000 cash managers, treasurers and financial officers worldwide participated in this year’s Euromoney’s annual cash management survey, which ranks and assesses their top providers of cash management services.

Recently, GLCM launched HSBC Cash Flow Forecasting, a fully-integrated forecasting solution that allows businesses to build a more accurate picture of their future finances and manage liquidity. The tool complements HSBC’s other liquidity management products, including the Liquidity Management Portal – a digital dashboard that enables treasurers to more effectively self-manage their liquidity, supporting improved funding and investing decisions. Additional solutions within the HSBC GLCM portfolio include cash management products across payables, receivables, clearing and foreign currency, liquidity, liability and investments, and corporate credit cards, to help our client treasuries be as efficient and effective as possible.
